RICHBRITS UPDATE - Tuesday 1st September, 09

RICHBRITS UPDATE - Tuesday 1st September, 09
The next Richbrits Networking Event is happening on
Monday 7th September
7.00pm - 9.00pm
Guest speakers:

As an Inspirational Speaker, Andy Ferguson receives regular praise for his challenging, thought-provoking, yet hilarious presentations.

Although Andy is often introduced as one of life's real adventurers, he prefers to think of himself as an ordinary middle-aged father of two who believes that success, once you know what it really means to you as an individual, is entirely possible each and every day of your life.
His recent exploits have stretched from learning from unemployed youngsters, truant schoolkids and pre-school toddlers to teaching and coaching chief executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, undergraduates, sports teams, even a stage magician!

An article in last Tuesday's Metro caught my eye... The headine "Soldier's family row over 'lost' will" made me think about the service provided by my guest speakers for next month's event. The family of a soldier killed in Afghanistan are locked in a legal dispute with his fiancee over the fallen corporal's estate. Rob Deering, 33, was killed by a booby trap in Helmand province in December last year while serving with the Commando Logistic Regiment. After his death, his fiancee claimed he had made a new will leaving his estate, including the house and a life insurance policy to cover the mortgage, to her. The deceased soldier's sister, however, claimed that he had left his inheritance to her. Read the full story here...
Michael McCready and Chris Smith have heard many similar stories and that's why the information they will be bringing to the next Wealth Awareness Event will be of particular interest to anyone with assets to protect.
Many IFAs and Solicitors are queuing up to speak to Chris and Michael as they realise the value of the service offered by Countrywide Legal NI Ltd., in helping to protect their clients interests, avoid legal disputes like the one mentioned above and to mitigate the tax burden imposed on beneficiaries which can be easily set up now and will avoid lots of stress and frustration now and after the death of a loved one.
