Landlord Focus, are introducing some regular articles called ‘How I Made It/ Secrets of My Success’ where they will be spotlighting a successful landlord who is financially free through property investment, or well on the road to realising this ambition. Those of you who attended the recent SAL National Landlord Day conference will recall just how well SAL board member Brian Walls’ success story was received by the audience. The feature will be in a Q and A format and will be aimed at getting you to explain who you are and what you do, a bit about your early years and then a large chunk about how you started out in property and how you became successful, before finishing with any tips you might want to pass on to new landlords. Ron sent an email yesterday saying that the response to the downloads and his talk in London on 20th May has been very good from the Richbrits crew. If you would like to meet him in person, I'm sure I can persuade him to climb over Hadrian's Wall and come see us!
