Wealth Awareness Event

I have great pleasure in announcing the launch of the all new WEALTH AWARENESS EVENTS which will commence on Monday 6th July at The Marriott Hotel, Glasgow Road, Edinburgh (just off the bypass) and 5 mins from Edinburgh Airport for those of you traveling from further afield.

As many of you already know, I started a very successful Property Networking Club in 2004 which focused mainly on Property Investing in Scotland...this is now a completely new group with a new vision! It will fill you with inspiration and enthusiasm to help you through these trying times.

Over the past few months I have been working with some of the worlds most influential speakers most of whom will be coming to Scotland to show you how they became financially successful and teach you how to do the same.

I want to help you focus on the future, and to move forward with alternative WEALTH CREATION IDEAS.

As well as PROPERTY INVESTMENT, my aim is to present a series of other wealth generating ideas and open your mind to alternative sources of income generation i.e. Property, Stock Market, and Internet Marketing.

Each of these areas can bring substantial financial rewards AND be fun at the same time. The most successful individuals in each of these areas all have one thing in common...MINDSET. I'm sure you will agree that with the right attitude, we can achieve most of the things we desire in life.

So, it is again with great pleasure that I announce my first guest speaker at this inaugural event, will be Ron G Holland, author of The Eureka! Enigma which is due out in September 2009.

Ron is a seasoned entrepreneur, age 60, and has been written up as Britain's Leading Motivational Speaker, Top Biz Guru and the Entrepreneur's Entrepreneur. He gives numerous seminars and presentations and has been interviewed by TV, radio and the press on four continents. He specialises in raising equity funding for early stage and start-up companies.

A HUGE number of subscribers to the Richbrits Newsletter have already downloaded free copies of 3 of Rons bestsellers and I personally am zooming my way through another book of his… “Turbo Success” (the title alone should tell you something about the content! Brilliantly written in simple terms that everyone can and will understand. Ron will take us through some of the processes he describes in Turbo Success and The Eureka! Enigma on the night.

The format for the evening will be similar to that of the SPNC events although now you can book and pay online prior to the event.
I aim to keep the costs as low as possible and the charge for this event is only £20. This covers the cost of room hire, refreshments on arrival PLUS a copy of Ron’s NEW book “The Eureka! Enigma” which will be released in September 09 at the retail price of £12.00.

Remortgage Cash Incentives‏

Mortgage lenders GMAC, Advantage, Edeus and Oakwood have been writing to borrowers offering them reductions in their mortgage balances if they redeem their mortgage either by selling the property or re-mortgaging elsewhere. The size of these reductions is assessed on a case-by-case basis however; if you do receive a letter from your lender I would not recommend accepting the first offer. By careful negotiation the level of incentive can be increased by a considerable amount. It is possible that Bradford & Bingley and Mortgage Express will follow with similar offers in the next few months.
